We are proud to announce that Matena Leadership School has become a member of the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), Europe’s most prestigious organization in the field of management.

Matena recently held an inspiring fireside chat at Adobe Armenia, featuring Dr. Arvid Bell, founder and CEO of the Harvard University-incubated Negotiation Task Force (NTF). Dr. Bell’s insights captivated our community and partners, shedding light on how mastering negotiation can be a transformative tool in both business and personal arenas.

What made Noubar Afeyan’s 3-hour extensive session at Matena unique wasn’t simply that he is one of the most prominent entrepreneurs of our time, serving as the co-founder and chairman of Moderna and the founder and CEO of Flagship Pioneering, nor that he delivered a commencement address at MIT—which he did just five months ago, a prestigious honor granted to only a rare few in the world.

We are proud to announce that Matena has become a member of CEEMAN, an international association dedicated to the promotion and development of management education across the globe, as the first institutional member from Armenia.

We were privileged to host the participants of the American Competitiveness Exchange (ACE) Armenia program, supported by the Armenian and U.S. governments and under the patronage of the Organization of American States (OAS).
